ICANN in Brussels seeks a Senior Director, Policy Development - ccNSO Relations to lead engagement with ccNSO from Brussels or remotely. You will guide policy development, manage a small global team, and coordinate cross-functionally to advance ICANN's mission.

The role requires 12+ years in policy development or government relations, with 5+ years of management and international experience. Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as chief liaison between ICANN and the ccNSO leadership.
• Facilitate policy agenda setting, strategy, and work plan execution.
• Mediate and drive collaborative results among diverse stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigate adverse impact on ccNSO and ICANN.
• Engage ccTLD participants and coordinate across ICANN to improve relationships.
• Provide executive briefings to the Board, CEO, and senior management.
• Represent the organization publicly and present to community gatherings.
• Lead cross-functional projects that advance policy development and engagement.
