Job summary

Prado Family is a fast-scaling, family-driven maker of invisible home technology with a European footprint. We seek an experienced head of production and warehousing to own shop floor execution, drive capacity planning and lead a multi-discipline team across production, assembly and logistics.

You will oversee manufacturing operations, implement efficient processes, and collaborate with planning and quality to deliver on-time, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Commercial Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong people leadership and ownership mindset.
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) in production.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production and warehousing operations, owning execution, output, quality and flow.
• Translate supply-chain plans into robust operational schedules across production, assembly and logistics.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, lead times, capacity, and cost.
• Manage and develop production and warehouse teams with clear priorities and standards.
• Monitor KPIs (service level, productivity, scrap, rework, OTIF) and ensure visibility.
• Collaborate with planning, supply chain and quality for end-to-end alignment.
• Support and embed on-floor processes and tools (e.g., Odoo) with accurate data usage.
• Step in to keep operations running and ensure delivery and quality.
