PIE seeks a Senior People Operations Associate to lead international HR operations, focusing on payroll, HR administration, Employer of Record management, HR systems, and compliance across Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

This hands-on role requires navigating complex multi-country HR operations with GDPR and local labor-law compliance. PIE offers a flexible, self-managed environment, a 2-year contract, and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience in international/multi-country settings.
• Experience managing international payroll via external providers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience administering employee lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding/contracts).
• Proven ability to ensure GDPR and local labour-law compliance across regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll administration across multiple countries and with vendors.
• Standardize and administer core HR processes across a globally distributed team.
• Ensure HR data integrity and compliance across HR and payroll tools.
• Support policies, documentation, and HRIS/ATS implementations.
