Job summary

MegaCool Technologies in Belgium is seeking a People and Culture Lead to shape our people strategy across Belgium and the US. You will partner with executive leadership to align organizational design, talent acquisition, and workplace culture as we scale.

You will own end-to-end HR operations, total rewards design, onboarding/offboarding, and governance for ISO 27001/ISMS, while building a lean HR infrastructure and analytics to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a People Lead or senior HR in fast-growth tech companies.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment laws and payroll operations.
• Experience sourcing and hiring technical and non-technical talent.
• Experience building total rewards, benefits, and performance systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to design headcount and people strategy.
• Lead internal events and foster a healthy company culture.
• Build employer branding across channels and communities.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across international markets.
• Oversee HR operations, contracts, payroll, and compliance.
• Structure compensation benchmarks and mobility budgets.
• Design onboarding/offboarding workflows aligned with IT and security.
• Implement performance reviews and career development ladders.
• Ensure ISO 27001/ISMS governance and HR records.
• Maintain lean HR systems and provide people analytics.
