Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Category Manager for Packaging within Innovative Medicine. You will lead end-to-end sourcing strategies, manage relationships with senior supplier executives, and coordinate with global stakeholders across Supply Chain and Technical Community to shape supplier choices for NPDs and NPIs.

You will drive multi-country initiatives, oversee large-scale negotiations, and ensure compliance and value creation in the Primary Packaging category.

Qualifications

• Broad-based understanding of business operations and practices.
• High proficiency with core procurement skills including supplier management.
• Experience in Primary Packaging is preferred.
• Contracting, regulatory, legal and commercial elements knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute end-to-end packaging procurement strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain and Technical Community.
• Influence internal agenda for supplier selection on NPDs/NPIs.
• Prioritize procurement initiatives and report to Global Procurement Leadership.
