Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Program Manager – Packaging & Device Environmental Compliance Program to lead EU PPWR readiness across products, packaging, devices, and global supply partners. The role operates in a virtual global program with collaboration across Manufacturing, MSAT, Regulatory, and Quality, focusing on shaping timelines, resources, and implementation actions.

Qualifications

Extensive senior program management experience in regulated environments.
Ability to develop and maintain program roadmaps, governance, and funding.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and capital funding governance.
Strong risk management, dependencies tracking and mitigation planning.
Proven capability to communicate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

Define and coordinate the EU PPWR readiness roadmap through 2030.
Manage integrated planning aligning with digital labeling, artwork automation, and tech transfers.
Coordinate digital enablement roadmap including data governance and ERP integration.
Set up and maintain integrated project schedules with milestones and critical paths.
Provide financial reporting and cost control to support timely decisions.
Identify risks, dependencies and drive mitigation actions with stakeholders.
Prepare governance materials and executive updates for senior leaders.
