Job summary

Aliaxis in Belgium is seeking a Performance Analytics lead to drive KPI governance across regions. You will partner with IBP, Operations and Finance to deliver actionable insights that improve productivity and cost efficiency.

Based at our Brussels HQ with flexibility to be located at other Aliaxis offices, you will establish KPI definitions, maintain reporting standards, and support cross-functional benchmarking. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Manufacturing Finance, Operations Controlling, Supply Chain Finance, Performance Management, or similar operational environment.
• Strong finance acumen with metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, scrap, overweight, OTIF or other productivity KPIs.
• Advanced analytical skills to challenge assumptions and interpret business drivers.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and operational excellence processes.
• Experience in KPI harmonization, benchmarking and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• KPI governance & harmonization across regions, ensuring data accuracy and global standards.
• Performance analytics & insights across regions and benchmarking of metrics.
• Operations savings tracking with visibility on variances and forecasts.
• Leadership reporting to coordinate monthly Operations Functional Review.
• Change management to promote data-driven decision making across regions.
