Syneos Health is seeking a Global Study Manager (Oncology) / Senior Project Manager for sponsor-dedicated, EMEA regions in Belgium. Lead cross-functional clinical trials, ensuring GCP compliance and on-time delivery while managing budgets and client expectations.

You will mentor PMs, oversee trial plans, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to drive successful study delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CROs and therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage time and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research programs ensuring GCP/SOP/regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison between sponsor and company to ensure launch, conduct and closeout.
• Direct clinical team to meet quality, timelines and budget targets.
• Manage financial performance and project deliverables across regions.
• Mentor and manage junior PMs and clinical staff; drive team communication.
