A pharmaceutical company in Belgium is seeking a Global Network Governance & Compliance Manager to oversee compliance within their external manufacturing network. You will work closely with various teams to ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory standards, while also supporting vendor management and process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in compliance or governance roles. Excellent English communication and strong analytical skills are essential.

Overview

We are partnered with a pharmaceutical client who is looking for a Global Network Governance & Compliance Manager to support and strengthen their external manufacturing network. This role works across Network Governance Heads, Leads, Users, and Vendor Teams to ensure full compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal governance frameworks. You will act as a compliance-focused project manager, supporting inspection readiness, vendor oversight, risk management, and the continuous improvement of Network Governance and EMP systems in a global, matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adherence to Network Governance processes across the external network.
  • Support vendor performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and risk management activities.
  • Contribute to vendor qualification and health authority inspection readiness.
  • Maintain regulatory intelligence and support governance training and onboarding.
  • Act as system point-of-contact for Network Governance / EMP tools (e.g. Compass, Spider), supporting upgrades, data quality, and user onboarding.
  • Support sustainability, ESG, and cybersecurity initiatives with external partners.
  • Contribute to process improvement and governance documentation as a BPM contributor.
