Qualifications

• Extensive experience with low-code platforms like ServiceNow or Power Platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 and enterprise service management alignment.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong architecture and governance skills across platform lifecycles.
• Ability to mentor teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement Low-Code solutions using platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform to meet business requirements.
• Lead the architecture and design of Low-Code modules, applications, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into platform solutions.
• Manage platform lifecycle: governance, upgrades, deployment, and adoption.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and regulatory compliance across deployments.
• Define and enforce development standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Produce architectural docs and platform guidelines for governance and reuse.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Evaluate new platform features and adoption based on business value and roadmaps.
• Ensure data integrity and security including CMDB/CSDM alignment, ACLs, encryption, and audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural issues across platforms and integrations.
• Define KPIs and SLAs for platform health, performance, and governance.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems using APIs and data federation.
