OPmobility is seeking an engineer to lead the deployment of POMS in our plant and drive continuous improvement across productivity, SMED, 5S, and VSM. You will be the Lean reference, guiding layout optimizations and stock reduction while collaborating with the global POMS network.

You should bring experience in lean manufacturing, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Engineer or equivalent by experience.
• Preferably several years of experience in lean manufacturing or production.
• Open, creative, analytical mindset.
• Good communicator and influencer.

Responsabilités

• Animate and lead the deployment of POMS (Plastic Omnium Manufacturing System) in the plant to drive continuous improvement resulting in a visible global efficiency on the shopfloor.
• Participate in the POMS network.
• Boost improvement in multiple domains: Productivity, SMED, 5S, VSM, layout, stock reduction, TPM, visual management, …
• Be the reference in terms of Lean.
