Recruitment Sisters seeks an IT Security Officer for a large industrial group with a global footprint. You translate group policies into practical security actions within your division and coordinate across sites to ensure compliant, secure IT services.

This is a strategic, non- hands-on role focused on coordination, policy enforcement and cross‑country collaboration, with regular European travel and quarterly intercontinental trips. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid IT security experience, ideally in a large international organisation with multiple business units.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST and ability to explain them clearly.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, as the role operates in English.

Responsabilités

• Set IT security direction with group IT security and collaborate with worldwide business managers to protect data.
• Travel to division sites in Europe once or twice monthly and roughly quarterly to other continents for meetings and awareness sessions.
• Roll out IT security policies and procedures, ensure compliance, and run security awareness across all countries in the division.
• Advise IT service owners on security implications early in project lifecycles and ensure alignment with security standards.
• Participate in audits and assessments, coordinate self-assessments, and keep disaster recovery plans up to date.
• Collaborate with other divisions to shape group-wide security strategy and compliance framework.
