Everience is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives across the organization. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage planning and budgets, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Fluency in French and English is required, Dutch a strong plus; Belgian market experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple large and complex IT projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with goals.
• Develop detailed project plans with schedules, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and steering committee presentations.
• Monitor progress using KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Manage budgets and track actuals throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies for optimal delivery.
• Oversee change management and adoption of new systems and tools.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
