AB InBev is seeking a Global Innovation Portfolio and Process Manager for the Global Innovation, Strategy and Performance team in Belgium. You will drive the innovation portfolio, govern the project cycle, and act as the SPOC for Pegasus and other digital platforms, coordinating with global and zone teams to deliver continuous improvement and value creation.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT, business, economics, or engineering/technical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of industry or consulting experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with risk profiles.
• Experience in equipment or process development for processing industries is a plus.
• Experience in brewing/beverage industry is advantageous.
• Strong team management skills to drive value creation and talent engagement.
• Excellent analytical and multidimensional thinking abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Global Innovation Portfolio and Process Manager

Purpose

As the Global Innovation Portfolio and Process Manager, you're the driving force behind our innovation initiatives. You'll oversee the Global Project Governance & Execution, manage the Global Approval Committee, and ensure the health of our innovation portfolio. Your role involves monthly performance assessments, KPI management, and collaboration with global and zone teams for portfolio enhancement. You'll act as the key player in our innovation management system, serving as the SPOC for global and zone functions, managing the business cycle, and driving continuous improvement aligned with business needs. As the business owner of Pegasus and digital innovation platforms, you'll lead functional changes, drive platform adoption, and promote a culture of innovation.

The role

Global control tower for top line innovation

• Set up, manage & improve Global Project Governance & Execution pre-launch
• Global approval committee off / on-line management (Supply side)
• Global Portfolio Health exercise management
• Zone Control Tower liaison & network owner

Top and bottom-line innovation portfolio

• Monthly performance and portfolio management with global and zone teams including recommendations to improve the portfolio
• Innovation Pipeline visibility and Front End of Innovation portfolio organization
• Innovation KPI management & reporting to global and zone innovation SLT
• Owning and contributing to key yearly routines and MCRS (Zone T&M, Techno week, FEI Committee, Global Top To Top Innovation Execution SteerCo, etc.)

Innovation management system (Pillar & Process)

• SPOC to global VPO / Supply Chain Management System
• SPOC to Zones (Supply & Marketing) – capturing best practices
• Manage business cycle of Innovation Pillar: Check2Coach, WOW 1 & 2, updates for next year
• Continuous improvement of management system, considering business needs aligned with GITEC functions & Zones for Voice of Customer
• Change board for process and input for digital (scoping)
• Documentation of management system (digital)
• Training of and knowledge sharing across innovation community

Business owner of Pegasus and key digital innovation platforms (IPM, Committee tool, Reporting, etc.)

• Owner of functional changes including scope review
• Adoption driver of platforms

Who we’re looking for

• University master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent (IT, Business, Economics, Engineering/Technical)
• Minimum 5 years of industry or consulting experience in Supply Chain Management
• Demonstrated successful experience in management of projects of high complexity and/ or risk profile (product and process feasibility / development / implementation) is a plus
• Experience in equipment and/or process development areas for processing industries and technical expertise in science & technology is recommendable
• Experience within the brewing / beverage industry is a plus
• Solid team management skills to drive Value Creation, employee engagement and talent attraction
• Demonstrated ability of multidimensional, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a must. Additional languages are a plus
• Strong continuous improvement and agile mindset
