AB InBev is seeking a Global Innovation Portfolio and Process Manager to lead the health and execution of the global innovation portfolio. You will oversee governance, manage the Global Approval Committee, and drive improvements across zones and global teams.

The role focuses on KPI management, performance assessments, and adoption of Pegasus and related digital platforms to support end-to-end innovation delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry or consulting experience in complex transformation projects.
• Experience in driving portfolio health and governance across global and regional teams.
• Fluency in English, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve the global project governance and execution pre-launch.
• Lead portfolio reviews, KPI reporting, and portfolio health exercises.
• Coordinate with global and zone teams to drive continuous improvement and platform adoption.
• Act as SPOC for Pegasus and digital platforms, driving system changes and adoption.
