United Petfood is seeking a Health & Safety coordinator to ensure a safe and healthy work environment across its international locations. You will develop group-wide standards, policies and improvement initiatives, translating them into practical actions at site level.

You will investigate procedures, coordinate best practices, and promote a culture of prevention and wellbeing. Regular travel (50%) to sites will be required, with fluent English and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading health and safety programs in a multi-site manufacturing setting.
• Ability to translate insights into group-wide HSE strategy and practical site actions.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and analyze current HSE procedures across all group locations.
• Coordinate the implementation of best practices across group sites.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to minimize workplace hazards.
• Collaborate with local teams to professionalize HSE policies and foster safety culture.
• Define the group's HSE training strategy and provide tools to local teams.
• Compile and present detailed reports on health and safety performance to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
