John Cockerill Energy in Belgium seeks a senior techno-commercial Sales Manager for aftermarket HRSG and boiler services. You will lead global opportunity development, shape value propositions, and manage complex long-cycle deals with plant owners, EPCs and end users.

You bring a track record in aftermarket solutions for industrial boilers, strong technical HRSG knowledge, and fluency in English; French/Spanish a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Background in energy, power generation or industrial engineering (HRSG, boilers, steam cycle, gas-to-power).
• Proven aftermarket sales, business development or lifecycle services experience for complex industrial equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of HRSG systems and aftermarket solutions.
• English required; knowledge of French/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead opportunity identification and market penetration for IB & HRSG products on a global scale.
• Develop upstream relationships with plant owners, utilities, IPPs, developers and end users.
• Define regional go-to-market strategies and contribute to forecasts and pipelines.
• Manage full sales process from RFQ to contract signature with risk control.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored HRSG upgrades and lifecycle services.
