Grünenthal Group in Belgium seeks an experienced HEOR professional to lead Real-World Evidence and economic modelling for payer strategies. You will partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs and R&D to embed payer-relevant endpoints and PROs into development programmes.

You will drive early payer engagement and support HTA submissions, develop innovative valuation tools, and help enable successful commercialisation across affiliates with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics, pharmaceuticals, public health or related field.
• 8–12 years of HEOR and Real-World Evidence experience.
• Proven record of building economic models and publishing RWE for market access.
• Experience leading early payer engagement and HTA submissions.

Responsabilités

• Develop integrating evidence strategies including RWE and modelling for payer needs.
• Embed payer-relevant endpoints and PROs into development programmes.
• Lead evidence-generation projects and present results via publications and conferences.
• Drive early payer engagement and support HTA submissions (AMNOG, NICE, JCA).
• Develop economic models, value materials and tools for launch prep and negotiations.
