Planet Pharma seeks a Global HEOR Expert to spearhead evidence generation and shape global healthcare access for innovative therapies. You will lead cross‑functional teams to develop robust HEOR programs and communicate outcomes to payers and decision makers.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in healthcare with pharma/consulting, strong HTA/modeling experience, and a proven track record in global product launches and external engagement with stakeholders.

Join Our Team as a Global HEOR Expert – Drive Innovative Evidence to Shape Global Healthcare!

Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through robust evidence generation? Do you excel at leading strategic health economics and outcomes research initiatives on a global scale? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global HEOR Expert to spearhead vital activities that support cutting‑edge therapies and their access worldwide. In this influential role, you will collaborate cross‑functionally to develop strategies, generate impactful evidence, and influence healthcare decision‑making at the highest levels, ensuring therapies reach patients who need them most.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, economics, or related field; an advanced degree (MSc, MD, PhD, PharmD) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a global or regional oversight role involving access strategy and payer evidence.
• Expertise in health economics modeling, outcomes research, and HTA processes, especially within respiratory therapies.
• Proven ability to develop and implement health economics strategies supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of international healthcare ecosystems, including EU and ex‑EU markets.
• Excellent project management skills with the capacity to lead complex initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific evidence clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with AI and big data analytics.
• Past involvement in health economic modeling and innovative evidence generation approaches.
• Demonstrated success in engaging with external stakeholders, including KOLs and academic partners.
• Knowledge of health economic evaluations, including cost-effectiveness analyses and budget impact models.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Advanced degrees in healthcare, business, or economics are preferred.
• Extensive experience with product launches, payer interactions, and HTA submissions.
• Familiarity with the European and ex-European healthcare landscapes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in strategic external scientific engagement and publication.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagement.
