Johnson & Johnson Innovation offers a 12-week internship in Career Programs (Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op) at Beerse or Geel, Belgium. You will gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare company while supporting an international management team.

You will organize travel, manage SharePoint communications, assist with event planning, and contribute to ongoing department projects. English fluency is required, with comfort in Dutch for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with interest in internship experience.
• Fluent English and comfortable communicating in Dutch for day-to-day work.
• Strong organizational, planning, and budgeting awareness for events and travels.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to the global management team and stakeholders.
• Organize international travel by analyzing needs and aligning with objectives.
• Manage internal communications channels (SharePoint) and document permissions.
• Assist in developing internal communications and newsletters.
• Organize campus events with detailed plans and budget monitoring.
• Contribute to departmental projects and apply digital solutions.
