Ignite in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a Customer Advisor to minimize vehicle downtime and support international supply chains. The role links global enterprise clients with engineering experts, delivering diagnostics and tailored operational solutions from a Ghent site with hybrid work (4 days on-site / 1 day remote).

The ideal candidate is fluent in German and Dutch, with professional English (B2), and demonstrates composure under pressure while managing multiple digital tools.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and Dutch, professional English (B2) for systems, docs and global teamwork.
• Composure under pressure, delivering solutions during urgent client discussions.
• Tech-savvy with enterprise software and multiple digital tools.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift for uninterrupted global fleet support.

Responsabilités

• Client advisory: handle high-priority calls and digital requests per safety/quality rules.
• Analytical diagnostics: identify bottlenecks and craft data-informed solutions for business accounts.
• Cross-department collaboration: partner with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to reduce turnaround times and keep records accurate.
• Hybrid work model: operate four days on-site and one day remote each week.
• Fully paid onboarding: intensive training starting day one; technical training provided.
