Ignite, a premier international leader in commercial transport and heavy-duty vehicles, invites an assertive Strategic Advisor to join our Ghent, Belgium hub. You will bridge our senior automotive engineers and international corporations, delivering bespoke logistics guidance and operational troubleshooting to a global client network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Czech and Russian, written and spoken
• English at B2 level for internal software and docs
• Strong emotional intelligence and digital literacy
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule

Responsabilités

• Four-day onsite, one remote day per week in Ghent facility
• Engage with B2B clients and enterprise platforms maintaining safety, quality and dependability
• Analyze complex supply chain issues and implement rapid, bespoke fixes for corporate clients
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Global Supply Chain to accelerate resolutions and keep precise records
• Complete comprehensive training through company-paid onboarding, training provided regardless of prior automotive background
