Ignite is seeking a Customer Advisor at our Ghent site in Belgium. The role focuses on minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring international supply chains run smoothly, serving as the main liaison between corporate clients and engineering teams.

You will handle high-priority inquiries, diagnostic support, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics and Engineering. The position offers a hybrid model: four days on-site and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and Dutch (written and spoken) with professional English (minimum B2)
• Demonstrated composure under pressure and solution-oriented approach
• Tech-savvy with enterprise software platforms and multiple digital tools
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift structure for global fleet support

Functioning as the key link between corporate clients and engineering experts, you will deliver technical guidance, diagnostic support, and customized operational solutions to fleet directors and authorized service facilities across the globe.

• Client Advisory: Address high-priority phone calls and digital requests while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
• Analytical Diagnostics: Investigate complex operational bottlenecks to build fast, data-informed solutions for business accounts.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to reduce turnaround times and keep enterprise records accurate.
• Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy a balanced weekly arrangement featuring four days on-site at our modern Ghent location and one day working from home.
• Fully Paid Onboarding: Undertake an intensive corporate training program starting on day one. Mechanical background is not required; full technical training is provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Abilities: Complete fluency in both German and Dutch (written and spoken), with the ability to switch between both seamlessly in corporate settings. Professional command of English (minimum B2 level) for system use, documentation, and global teamwork.
