Ignite is seeking a Customer Advisor at our Ghent site in Belgium. The role focuses on minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring international supply chains run smoothly, serving as the main liaison between corporate clients and engineering teams.

You will handle high-priority inquiries, diagnostic support, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics and Engineering. The position offers a hybrid model: four days on-site and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and Dutch (written and spoken) with professional English (minimum B2)
• Demonstrated composure under pressure and solution-oriented approach
• Tech-savvy with enterprise software platforms and multiple digital tools
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift structure for global fleet support

Responsabilités

• Provide client advisory via high-priority calls and digital requests while following safety and quality protocols
• Investigate operational bottlenecks to deliver data-informed solutions for enterprise accounts
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to shorten turnaround times and keep records accurate
• Operate in a Hybrid work model: four days on-site and one day remote
• Complete a fully paid onboarding program with comprehensive training on day one
