Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Industrial Air Division Business Control team in Antwerp, Belgium. You will lead divisional consolidation, drive reporting and forecasting, and develop financial dashboards to support strategic decisions.

You will report to the Vice President Business Control and collaborate with management across the atlas copco group. The role emphasizes process improvement, financial analysis, and robust controls within a global network.

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of accounting or business control experience.
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency with BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the consolidation of divisional financial results.
Support reporting, forecasting, planning, and month-end processes.
Develop management reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
Provide financial reporting and business control support to centers and product companies worldwide.
Collaborate with divisional management to provide insights for decision-making.
Prepare financial presentations for divisional leadership.
Coordinate division's reporting and planning activities with VP Business Control.
Contribute to finance projects within Industrial Air Division and Atlas Copco Group.
Conduct balance sheet reviews and support internal audits.
