You will oversee complex billing for enterprise and VIP customers, balancing urgent needs with longer-term improvements and partnering with AI champions to enhance efficiency.

Successful candidates bring at least 2+ years of people leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach to organizing work in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading an operational team with workflows, backlogs and escalations.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to bring order to complex situations.
• Experience coaching team members and handling performance challenges.
• Interest in applying AI to improve workflows and performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lighthouse’s Finance Operations Service team across regions with clarity and accountability.
• Establish structure, prioritize work, and reduce backlog while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Improve proactive service for key accounts and develop rigorous escalation handling.
• Partner with Account Managers on complex billing setups and contract changes.
• Champion practical AI adoption to support team workflows without building technical solutions.
