Lighthouse is seeking a hands-on Manager, Operations to lead the Finance Operations Service team in Ghent, Belgium. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on structuring backlog, steering high-priority accounts, and aligning with Account Managers on complex billing setups for enterprise customers.

You’ll manage a growing global team, foster proactive service, and partner with AI champions to identify improvement opportunities without building technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading an operational team with workflows, backlogs, priorities, and escalations.
• Hands-on leadership approach to bring order to complex situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and concise cross-team communication.
• Experience coaching team members and handling performance challenges.
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively in high-volume environments.
• Interest in applying AI to improve team workflows.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a growing global Finance Operations Service team across regions.
