Lighthouse is seeking a Manager, Finance Operations in Ghent to lead the Service team delivering billing support for complex customer accounts and to build a scalable operation. You’ll focus on performance, prioritization, and structured processes while collaborating with internal AI champions to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience leading teams through change and daily operations.
• Experience in Finance Operations, billing, or quote-to-cash processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Finance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lighthouse’s Finance Operations Service team across regions.
• Provide high-quality billing support for complex customer accounts.
• Build a proactive, scalable operation with structured processes.
• Coach the team on performance, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with AI champions to identify and adopt workflow improvements.
• Ensure clear escalation paths and maintain visibility for stakeholders.
