Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in Brussels seeks a Finance Associate to handle a broad range of Belgian and international banking, finance and debt capital markets matters.

Qualifications

• Master degree in law with excellent academic results (an international experience is a plus).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in banking & finance in a reputable law firm.

Responsabilités

• Handle Belgian and international banking, finance and debt capital markets matters (e.g., syndicated and LMA financings).
• Assist in debt capital markets transactions (covered bond programmes, EMTNs, other funding transactions).
• Involve in structured finance and securitisation transactions.
• Provide financial regulatory work for banks, investment funds and payment service providers.
• Contribute to corporate and M&A work in the financial sector.
