Job summary

Linklaters Belgium is seeking an entrepreneurial, dynamic Senior Associate with 4 to 8 years’ experience to be part of the Corporate & Finance (with focus on Finance) practice in Brussels. You will handle complex finance matters, contribute to negotiations, draft precisely, and build trusted relationships with clients while working with talented colleagues across the firm.

Fluency in English and Dutch or French, plus a top Belgian law degree, are required, and you will be based in Brussels,

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years’ experience in a renowned law firm.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• First-class Belgian law degree; additional degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of related practice areas’ law and argue complex points persuasively.
• Lead negotiations and exercise judgment in complex client matters.
• Forge deep client relationships as trusted advisor and identify opportunities.
• Promote collaboration across practices and offices and share knowledge.
