Job summary

Worldline is seeking an Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance Officer to lead compliance initiatives across the organisation, focusing on anti-bribery, contract reviews, and third party screening. Qualifications

• Master in Law or Business Administration with a compliance focus.
• Professional knowledge of ethics and compliance standards (ISO37001, ISO19600) and related guidelines.
• Experience with due diligence and third-party risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for compliance topics including anti-corruption and third party reviews.
• Contribute to global risk management and local roll-out of controls.
• Execute due diligences on third parties and business relations.
• Launch assessments to measure compliance program implementation.
• Develop and implement written compliance policies and training materials.
• Monitor and improve internal controls to prevent corruption and fraud.
• Report on compliance activities and supplier due diligence results.
• Collaborate with legal for regulatory changes and CSR reporting.
