UCB S.A. seeks an Environmental Regulatory Intelligence Lead to guide the regulatory intelligence portfolio within the Environmental Sustainability team at the Brussels HQ.

You will monitor evolving environmental regulations worldwide and translate signals into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. You will collaborate across Legal, EHS, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive timely, compliant responses and to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Law, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own the regulatory intelligence portfolio across local, regional, and global levels.
• Turn signals into actionable insights for UCB through AI-enabled tools.
• Prioritise regulatory signals by impact, risk, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Legal, EHS, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
• Define mitigation and implementation plans with subject-matter experts and secure resources.
• Escalate cross-functional matters through governance channels for enterprise decisions.
• Provide dashboards, heatmaps, and roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
• Represent UCB in industry associations and regulatory forums to shape policy.
• Ensure traceability, documentation, and audit readiness across teams.
• Build capability by improving workflows, governance, and digital tooling over time.
