Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking an Employee Relations professional to deliver high‑quality support across Belgium, with initial focus on the Belgian context and potential expansion to other countries. You will handle investigations, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and accommodations, while ensuring fair application of policies.

Collaborating with People Services and legal teams, you will validate cases, escalate when needed, and maintain content quality for Employee Relations

Qualifications

• Experience handling internal investigations and maintaining high-quality content for Employee Relations guidelines and policies.
• Ability to collaborate with People Services teams for case validation and escalation management.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, efficient service on employee relation matters.
• Manage performance management, disciplinary matters, accommodations, disputes, whistleblowing investigations, sickness management, and return-to-work coordination.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support employees and guide management.
• Respond to inquiries through the People Services Portal and other channels.
• Maintain SLAs around responsiveness and employee satisfaction.
