Job summary

Vulcain Engineering Belgium is seeking a Global Electricity Expert to lead electrical engineering efforts on biotech and pharmaceutical projects from design through commissioning.

With 8–10+ years in complex industrial environments, you will define global standards, guide technical teams, and support international CAPEX programs across Europe and the United States. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in regulated industrial/pharma environments.
• Strong expertise in low- and medium-voltage systems and power distribution.
• Experience supporting large CAPEX/engineering projects through feasibility and conceptual design.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as global technical expert for electrical engineering with focus on LV/MV systems.
• Support international CAPEX projects from feasibility to execution.
• Define and maintain global electrical standards, specs, guidelines and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to engineering teams and partners.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with EHS, cGxP and good engineering practices.
• Contribute to electrical safety initiatives and OT-related activities.
• Engage in international projects across Europe and the US.
• Build and maintain a global network of electrical engineering experts.
