Teamleader in Ghent, Belgium (hybrid/on-site) seeks a Data Analyst – Medior Level to support GTM teams with analytics, reporting, and operational insights. You will build and maintain dashboards using Looker to enable self-serve insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

The role requires 3–5 years in data analytics, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and experience with funnel metrics, BI tools, and collaborating

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Analytics role.
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling knowledge.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable business insights.

Responsabilités

• Analyze performance across the full Go-to-Market funnel (acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, expansion).
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting layers using Looker to enable self-serve insights across teams.
• Create data stories and communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to define metrics, ensure reliable tracking, and evaluate experiments.
• Work with structured datasets in Snowflake, including relational modeling using SQL.
• Support recurring analytics needs and ad hoc deep dives across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product.
• Contribute to AI initiatives by preparing datasets and identifying automation opportunities.
• Help improve data quality, documentation, and analytical best practices.
• Take ownership of analytics projects from scoping through delivery, in collaboration with stakeholders.
