Wolf Oil Corporation is seeking a data-driven Sales & eCommerce Operations Specialist to transform data into actionable insights, build reporting frameworks, and support growth of our international distribution networks and e-commerce ambitions.

You will lead dashboards, KPI tracking, CRM data enrichment, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, IT, and logistics to drive automation and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commercial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in commercial operations, business analytics, sales support, channel management and/or e-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate / Power Apps, and VBA.
• Experience with CRM systems, SQL (SQL Server / Azure SQL), and database querying.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital distribution models.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and meeting materials.
• Manage and enrich CRM data, distributor mapping, market intelligence, and competitive insights.
• Conduct market research, e-commerce audits, and platform benchmarking.
• Track commercial and e-commerce KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with different internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, logistics,..) and external partners to support channel development initiatives.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and AI-enabled tools.
