EY in Belgium is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. The role focuses on content production, optimization and publishing, aligned with priorities and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital content, web, marketing operations, technology implementation or business transformation initiatives in a complex global environment.
• Strong understanding of the digital content lifecycle including content creation, optimization, publishing, governance and retirement.
• Familiarity with enterprise content management and marketing platforms such as AEM and Marketo.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid delivery models or other structured project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives, including optimization programs and publishing process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies; drive resolutions and escalation as needed.
• Ensure editorial, taxonomy, compliance and governance standards across the content lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and new technologies to improve productivity.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to pilot and implement new processes.
• Lead workflow optimization initiatives to simplify processes and boost efficiency.
• Drive change management for new tools, technologies and operating models; support adoption.
• Maintain documentation, status reports and guidance for transparency and consistency.
