Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Data Manager for the Tools & Outdoor Finance team who will lead analytics across EMEA and APAC.

You will standardise tools and reporting to enable scalable, data-driven decisions and partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT to deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in analytics in a multinational FMCG environment, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and a degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Business Analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
• Certifications or strong project experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Python or similar tools are a plus.
• 6+ years of analytics experience in a multinational FMCG or similar environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
• Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports for scalable, data-driven decisions across the cluster.
• Drive delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
