Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Data Manager for the Tools & Outdoor Finance team who will lead analytics across EMEA and APAC.

You will standardise tools and reporting to enable scalable, data-driven decisions and partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT to deliver measurable value. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in analytics in a multinational FMCG environment, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and a degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Business Analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
• Certifications or strong project experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Python or similar tools are a plus.
• 6+ years of analytics experience in a multinational FMCG or similar environment.

The Job:

As the Data Manager, you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Finance team. You'll get to:

• Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
• Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports that enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the cluster.
• Drive the delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.
• Support business growth by strengthening data capabilities across a broad international user base.
• Promote innovation, data literacy, and adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
• Translate business requirements into practical analytics and planning solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and planning processes.

The Person:

• 6+ years of experience in analytics within a multinational FMCG or similar environment.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale international data and analytics projects.
• Strong technical capability in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Platform, Alteryx, Snowflake, Oracle Enterprise Planning, SQL, Advanced Excel, Macros, and VBA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective analytics solutions.
• A Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; certifications or strong project experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Python, or similar tools are a plus.
