EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Service Operations Manager to oversee operations across UK and European Global Data Centres. The role focuses on consistent service delivery, continuous improvement, and day-to-day site management across multiple locations.

You will lead cross-functional meetings, manage action plans, and ensure deliverables meet EOS and client expectations. The ideal candidate drives operational performance, coordinates with vendors and stakeholders, and guides initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience leading global technical teams in data center environments.
Experience driving automation and process improvements across operations.
Strong change-control and maintenance practices in production environments.

Responsabilités

Lead cross-functional teams to plan and deliver data center initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Oversee resource allocation and ensure timely delivery across locations.
Establish quality controls and ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Identify risks and drive mitigation plans; report progress to leadership.
Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Promote best practices to enhance service performance across sites.
