Job summary

Group-IPS, a global engineering and architecture firm, seeks a Data Center Project Manager based in Belgium.

You will contribute to data center development projects across the lifecycle, supervising feasibility, preparation, design, procurement, construction and handover, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in French, Dutch and English is required. This international role offers opportunities for national and international mobility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, HVAC or civil and structural engineering (or related field).
• Approximately 3–4 years of professional experience in data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with BIM in multidisciplinary project environments and using BIM for coordination and project management.
• Nice to have: data center certification or PMP-like qualification.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate feasibility studies for building layouts, technical requirements, schedules, budgets and Tier objectives.
• Oversee project preparation including investment analysis, basic engineering, Tier requirements, permits and procurement planning.
• Lead project delivery from detailed engineering through commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule and budget.
