Ayesa Digital is seeking a Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of its data strategy across cloud and hybrid environments. You will craft data models, governance, and security controls while aligning with business objectives and EU projects.

You will collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure scalable, cost-efficient solutions and mentor teams on best practices in data architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise data architecture methods and reference models.
• Experience with data mesh, data fabric patterns and 3NF/Dimensional modeling.
• Proficient in metadata/cataloging platforms and data governance frameworks.
• Understanding privacy, security, and compliance incl. GDPR and ISO standards.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into data architecture designs and specs.
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models for analytics.
• Maintain metadata repositories ensuring data accuracy and lineage.
• Architect data integration from ERPs/CRMs using ETL/ELT tools into a unified framework.
• Build streaming pipelines for real-time analytics (Kafka, Spark).
• Define data governance policies and data catalog usage.
• Implement security (encryption, RBAC/ABAC) and GDPR-aligned architectures.
• Evaluate databases and cloud platforms; design scalable cloud/hybrid solutions.
• Monitor and optimize data systems for performance and cost; mentor teams.
