Keyrus Belgium is seeking an experienced Data Architect to shape data foundations for intelligent enterprises. You will design scalable architectures across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), model data for analytics and operations, and guide clients through governance and MDM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics, including 3+ years in a Data Architect or Solution Architect role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data architectures from strategy to implementation.
• Strong expertise in data modelling from conceptual to physical design.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and modern data integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of data governance, MDM, metadata management, and data quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Belgium.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsabilités

• Define target-state data architectures across platform, integration, modelling, and consumption layers with a clear roadmap.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.
• Architect modern cloud data platforms on Azure and/or AWS, including lakehouse, real-time integration and hybrid architectures.
• Evaluate and document key architectural decisions balancing build vs buy and centralized vs federated approaches.
• Act as trusted advisor translating strategic ambitions into scalable data solutions for business and IT.
• Advise on data governance, MDM, metadata management and data quality frameworks.
• Contribute to solution design, client workshops and RFP responses with sales and practice teams.
• Guide delivery by establishing standards, reviewing designs and ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor consultants and engineers to foster architectural excellence in the Belgian practice.
• Contribute to evolving Keyrus reference architectures, methodologies and accelerators.
