AXA Belgium is seeking a Data Architect to contribute to the strategic enterprise data architecture across the organization. You will collaborate with the Data Governance & Analytics team and Enterprise Architecture to define data principles, standards and governance for data flows, aggregation, consumption and placement in the Azure cloud.

You will document data assets, support data quality remediation, and validate architecture against policies and regulatory directives.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in a related discipline, with 10–15 years IT experience.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture concepts and BI/Analytics in Azure cloud.
• Solid financial industry knowledge and data consumption use cases.
• Proficient in data architecture best practices and data modelling (Data Flows, Data Value Chains, Enterprise Data Model).
• Familiar with TOGAF or DAMA DMBoK frameworks; Archimate modelling.

Responsabilités

• Participates in governance processes around technology and business aspects of the Enterprise Data Architecture framework.
• Guides project teams to align deliverables with target state architecture.
• Designs optimal architectures supporting the insurance business and target architecture.
• Contributes to the internal architecture validation framework for data architecture.
• Documents and publishes data assets within the BI & Analytical landscape.
• Stays informed on Data Science and partners with the Data Science Community.
• Provides challenge within architecture validation and data governance areas.
• Identifies data architecture opportunities across diverse business functions.
