Graphic Packaging International is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support procurement, supply chain, and commercial operations. You will negotiate complex agreements, manage risk, and provide pragmatic advice to enable business growth in a dynamic international environment.

The role focuses on partnership with cross-functional teams, handling supplier agreements, NDAs, licensing arrangements, and long-term framework contracts, with emphasis on commercial governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law with commercial/contract focus.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Proven experience with complex commercial contracts and claims.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch/French/German is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Act as the legal partner for Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Manage commercial claims related to product quality, delivery, warranties.
• Advise on dispute strategy and coordinate with external counsel.
• Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive standardized processes, templates, and training.
