• Strong commercial contract understanding and business law.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate customer, supplier, and partner contracts.
• Support technology development, IP rights, and collaboration agreements.
• Navigate cross-border regulatory requirements including sanctions and competition rules.
• Coordinate with external advisers on complex legal issues as needed.
• Contribute to standard contracts and internal governance processes.
