Job summary

stow group is seeking a Global CAD Design Manager to plan, lead and develop the CAD function across the Group. You will be the technical and strategic reference for CAD activities, ensuring high-quality drawing production aligned with QSHE standards and business priorities.

You will drive standardisation, automation and long-term CAD vision across the organisation, manage global teams, and partner with engineering, sales and installation to support project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience managing CAD teams or centers.
• Deep expertise in AutoCAD; exposure to 3D and parametric design is essential.
• International mindset; fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure the global CAD organization and allocate resources.
• Drive CAD standardisation, automation and long-term roadmap.
• Ensure high-quality outputs and smooth handovers between sales, engineering and installation.
• Represent CAD as a technical authority across the Group; oversee risk and quality.
