Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking a CAD & PLM Solution Engineer to support engineering systems and guide continuous improvement initiatives. You will learn the business, resolve incidents, and coordinate with external partners while building end-user guides and training materials.
Grow into leadership roles such as project management, system administration or solution architecture in a global, diverse environment with a strong Swedish-rooted culture and flexible hybrid work.
Competenze
- Degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
- Experience in IT, engineering, product development or technical support is a plus.
- Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset with continuous improvement drive.
- Excellent communication and professional English.

- Support users and learn how systems and integrations work in practice.
- Analyze incidents, requests and questions; coordinate with partners.
- Create troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles for end users.
