Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks a Business Controller to own the end-to-end financial steering of structure costs at the BU level. You will deliver clear analyses, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and drive actions with Business Areas and Support Functions in an international setting.

You will interact with senior management, translate complex data into actionable insights, and contribute to governance, compliance and performance management within a global energy group.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, financial management, audit or advisory roles.
• Strong expertise in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex pivot tables).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO; Power BI is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Highly analytical, structured and detail oriented.
• Able to synthesize large financial data into actionable insights.
• A strong communicator, able to interact confidently with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end financial steering of structure costs across the BU.
• Deliver clear, decision oriented analysis of monthly performance, deviations, and trends versus budget, prior periods and objectives.
• Identify structural risks, inefficiencies and savings opportunities, explain their drivers, and translate them into concrete management options.
• Produce executive level reporting and communication, synthesizing actuals, Budget, and MTP outlooks for BU Management and the ENGIE Group.
