Tractebel is seeking a Finance Systems & Process Specialist to strengthen financial governance by improving data quality, system integration, and process efficiency across the Finance Information Management landscape.

You will support SAP, SAC, and BFC operations, drive automation, and align with ENGIE Group standards to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reporting. The role offers a hybrid approach, a collaborative environment, and opportunities across international projects.

Qualifications

• Mandatory expertise in SAP FI/CO, BW, SAC, and BFC for financial reporting systems.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance systems management, controlling, or financial process improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics simply.
• Analytical, structured, and quality-driven with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update financial reporting systems (SAC, SAP, BFC) for accurate data structures and alignment with changes.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, perform data quality checks, and publish monthly/quarterly reports on time.
• Identify inefficient processes and drive automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Define governance for system adaptations with proper documentation and ENGIE standards.
• Automate reconciliation processes and develop dashboards to improve visibility and monitoring.
• Coordinate technical alignment between BFC, SAC, SAP4, and other tools for consistency.
• Support harmonization of closing calendars and reporting workflows across the group.
• Contribute to SAC reporting migration, process alignment, ERP readiness, and group analyses.
